Our VIPs and sponsors are treated to all the fun of the daytime festival plus our VIP Dinner. This dinner will immediately follow the festival on April 15th, commencing at 6:45 PM on the Washington Street Bridge (right next to the daytime event).


Tickets will sell out on Monday, April 10th. This fixed-menu affair will feature five courses prepared by Pignetti's Italian Cuisine and paired with a few remarkable Texas wines to be introduced by the winemakers.




1. Smoked salmon rillette with a boursin and apple whip. Paired with Pedernales Cellars Trebbiano

2. Golden beet, orange, and arugula salad with apricot vinaigrette, pistachios, and goat cheese. Paired with Kuhlman Cellars Roussanne

3. Italian sausage ragu with parmesan polenta and agrodolce caponata. Paired with Valley Mills Vineyards Garnacha

4. Chianti braised beef with farro and celery leaf risotto. Paired with Lost Draw Cellars Tempranillo

5. Chocolate tart + blackberry compote. Paired with Valley Mills Vineyards Ruby Port
