Our VIPs and sponsors are treated to all the fun of the daytime festival plus our VIP Dinner. This dinner will immediately follow the festival on April 20th, commencing at 6:45 PM under the sprawling live oaks of the Pape House (right beside the daytime festival grounds).


This fixed-menu affair will feature five courses prepared by The Olive Branch and paired with a few remarkable Texas wines introduced by the respective wineries.


1. Prosciutto & Melon Spear Burrata with a Roasted Red Pepper Cup

2. Spring Salad with Smoked Pork Belly Lardon, Spiced Pecans, Goat Cheese, & Luxardo Cherry Vinaigrette                   Pairing: 2022 "Over the Moon" Rosé - Pedernales Cellars

3. Caramelized Root Vegetable Tarte Tatin with Beef Tallow Crust & Whipped Feta

4. Akaushi Beef Kebab with Bordelaise, Parmesan Gnocchi, & Grilled Asparagus
                   Pairing: 2019 Narra Cabernet Sauvignon - Valley Mills Vineyards

5. Vanilla Bean Cheesecake with an Orange Curd Swirl, Chocolate Ganache,& Candied Citrus Peel
                   Pairing: Sparkling Orange Muscat - Farmhouse Vineyards
